The farm, situated at an altitude of 1,400 meters in the heart of Mantasoa, provides the perfect setting for Rova Caviar Madagascar. The cool, pure waters of the lake create an ideal habitat for the Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii species, from which the prized Ossetra caviar is sourced, a cherished ingredient among chefs.

Ossetra Supreme is notable for its array of colors and hues. The grains, measuring 2.9 mm in diameter, exhibit a palette ranging from brown to dark green, with hints of gold. They surprise with a chewy yet potent texture on the palate.
